Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I primarily use Rippling to view my paystubs, manage my benefits, and request time off.
  • Simple & clean user experience
  • Notifies me when I have outstanding, time sensitive tasks due
  • Mobile App allows me to use it wherever I am
  • The UI seems a bit stale, but the flip side of that is a very simple user experience.
  • Rippling has made it incredibly simple for me to get the information I need when I need it
  • Rippling allows me to see the people I work with well, an especially important task for this remote environment
  • I've been able to save time in my day since I no longer have to goggle HR specific criteria thanks to Rippling
  • I also have been able to save time not having to go to all of the different sites to see things like my vested shares, 401k Balance, etc.
Rippling has been one of the easiest platforms I've ever used. It gives me the context I need for important decisions like what benefits to select and provides quick, clear insights into my payroll details when I need it.
I think that a product that doesn't need heavy support due to a well-crafted user flow (and features that just work) speaks for itself. The one time I did have to use Support, however, it was prompt and quickly resolved my challenge.

Would you buy Rippling again?

Yes

It's intuitive in the sense that it only displays the key details necessary. i.e. if you select a plan with an HSA, you'll see an HSA option. If there's no HSA eligibility with your health insurer, you won't see that option. There's blank space on my homepage, but sometimes that's a good thing. (especially when you make a habit of clicking buttons).
I think Rippling is honestly a great solution for orgs of all sizes. It seems like it has the enterprise capabilities to be deployable at scale. With integrations into my HSA, 401k, and other key resources, I'm a huge fan of how centralized Rippling makes everything. Having worked at other SMB/MM orgs, I also think that this could be a great solution for teams that want to set a strong tech stack foundation that you can grow with. It seems very flexible on the surface- easy decision to bookmark as a primary Admin resource in my browser.
