Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling has been a Godsend compared to our former PEO, TriNet. Their support team is absolutely incredible with quick turnarounds in responses, and helpful documentation to complement their reply. The platform is very user-friendly for both admins and employees. Reporting is simple and easy to navigate. We have background checks and our ATS integrated and it works seamlessly. Highly recommend Rippling for anyone looking for a tech-driven PEO or for companies debating switching off a PEO since they have both options available as your company scales.
  • Support: Quick, accurate, detailed responses so you can get your question answered with their first reply
  • Customization: the platform allows you to really tailor profile fields and settings to your business needs
  • Listening: They are open to your product feature requests and recommendations as well as any concerns that arise
  • Labor Law Posters - I would love it if the platform automatically sent these to each employee based on the state they live in so we don't have to sign up for another service to manage or manually send them to each
  • Impersonation - would love the ability to impersonate a user to see what they see to navigate employees through questions they have
  • We were able to save a good amount of money switching from TriNet to Rippling
Love their support, best of any payroll vendor I've ever had!
