Rippling is used to manage benefits, attendance, and payroll. Rippling assists with solving for a large remote workforce having a single source of truth when it comes to managing the above modules for employees.

The UI is easy to navigate and allows for a one-stop shop when it comes to HR and benefits management. I also like that we have access to the org chart as the business scales making it easy to understand how the organization is structured.
For benefits management rippling makes it easy to lay out the various offerings and allows employees to easily self-select what is best suited for them. Some HR platforms can be really tricky to navigate and need quite a lot of training created to learn where to go for what. With Rippling, logging in, and navigating to exactly what you need is a seamless experience. I wish that our travel and expense platform was integrated here as well.
