Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Rippling is being used as our HR platform. All employees, including myself, are using the Rippling platform daily. For myself I love the extra security for login; although initially, I was frustrated, now I believe it is awesome technology. The navigation is also user-friendly; including the mobile app. I've never used a platform that allows you to access the app what can be accessed as if you were on the website. Definite +
- Secure log in
- detailed explanation of information requested
- multiple request for confirmation to minimize errors
- sometimes the authentication codes change so fast, that by the time you key it in- it's expired
- allows a localized platform for remote staff
