Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is being used as our HR platform. All employees, including myself, are using the Rippling platform daily. For myself I love the extra security for login; although initially, I was frustrated, now I believe it is awesome technology. The navigation is also user-friendly; including the mobile app. I've never used a platform that allows you to access the app what can be accessed as if you were on the website. Definite +
  • Secure log in
  • detailed explanation of information requested
  • multiple request for confirmation to minimize errors
  • sometimes the authentication codes change so fast, that by the time you key it in- it's expired
  • allows a localized platform for remote staff
during my first introduction to RIppling, I received so much assistance just trying to access it. The system will navigate your errors allowing you to figure out what the correct information is and how it should be entered. Again, I love the authentication security feature.

Our employees are remote and are able to submit time for everyone in 1 location. For myself, I appreciate the easy format to find the information you may need in the future; payroll, insurance info, etc. The best part is this information is also available using the app. Speaking from my performance level, I appreciate ease & quickness.
