Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use it for management of roles, time off requests, work from home requests, sick time off, payroll tracking, sexual harassment training, and more. I am an associate employee so I do not use it for management but others do in my company. I like the interface and enjoy the fun and quirky emails I get when I get paid!

- I enjoy the graph of my paycheck breakdown
- Promote other functions more, it seems like there is a lot more it can do that we do not use
- I do not work in managment and do not really interact in this way.
