Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use it for management of roles, time off requests, work from home requests, sick time off, payroll tracking, sexual harassment training, and more. I am an associate employee so I do not use it for management but others do in my company. I like the interface and enjoy the fun and quirky emails I get when I get paid!

  • Promote other functions more, it seems like there is a lot more it can do that we do not use
  • I do not work in managment and do not really interact in this way.
I do not have experience with this.
I just think it is user-friendly and easy to use!

It is so easy to use
It is great for basic employee management of PTO, roles, payroll, and more. I use it often and enjoy it a lot. It is very easy to use and track or summarize everything I have done. It is less appropriate for interacting with one another.
