Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I use Rippling primarily as a portal for my benefits and payroll. Rippling has made renewing insurance a breeze every year with its ease of use and reminders on keeping important due dates. Just being able to see the difference in the costs of plans and what they provide is a tremendous help, especially with having a new baby. Rippling also made it extremely easy for me to add my newborn to my plan after he was born. I also purchased a home this past year and being able to easily access my payroll information through Rippling really helped us to save time when we were in the process of purchasing.
- Renewing or signing up for insurance with its step-by-step process and showing the most relevant information.
- Managing and accessing my payroll information.
- Easily being able to access my w2.
- Using my FSA funds.
- If im using Rippling on my phone, some pages have issues loading correctly. I ended up having to use my laptop.
- The website is just adapting to a cellphone format in general, and certain pages have become hard to read.
- Slow page speeds when on a cell phone.
- I just use Rippling as a tool as an employee of my organization, but it benefits me greatly and is something I would look for in another company.
