Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use ripping as a platform to look at all the documents, payroll, and PTO offers. I have not encountered any issues thus far. I periodically sign in to look at my pay stubs, request time off, and make any adjustments to my direct deposit. I love how I can do all of that by myself without speaking to someone in HR.
  • Emails about Payroll.
  • User Friendly to navigate Direct Deposit.
  • Submitting PTO.
  • Brighten up the website so it doesn't look so gloomy.
  • Add fresh pictures or Icons that are easy going on the eyes.
  • I love the accessibilities of all tabs.
I haven't had to use them just yet. I do appreciate surveys like this because it ensures that platforms like this care about the experience.

I gave this rating a ten because it offers a user-friendly, accessible layout for us users. I would like to see more color as opposed to brown.
As a user, when I think of Rippling, I think of it as a platform for Human Resources related tasks. I love the accessibility and being able to access things on my own. I have not encountered a challenge or struggle thus far, but if I did, I would like the accessibility of being able to call someone for questions.
