Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use it to sign up for benefits and manage time off. It's makes asking for time off easier and it is very easy to sign up for benefits as well. Rippling has an intuitive platform that is easy to use. It makes the job of managers and employees much easier.

I have not used the support function. I have not had a need to ask for support using Rippling. I think it is great and easy to use and have not needed to ask for support. My support was provided by our human resources department when I had a question.

It was intuitive and easy to use for me as the user. I had no problems or issues with it. I asked a question to our Human Resources about extended leave and they answered it for me. I would not expect Rippling to have that type of information. I am very happy with Rippling.
Rippling is well suited to manage company benefits and time off requests. It is an easy to use system that is intuitive to the user. Rippling is easy to sign into and review and select benefit options. It could be improvement if is was linked up to the HSA and Dependent FSA care provider.
