Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use it for employee management, PEO Insurance, and payroll. I am part of the decision-making team as to what systems we use, but I am not a user administrator. I prefer a system that, when I log into it (hopefully infrequently), I can find what I am looking for quickly and exit out to get on with my day-to-day functions. What I enjoy about Rippling is how easily I can log in, get what I need and log out.

  • It assists us with payroll and making it easy.
It has to do with the UI. UIs are often the difference between a good and a great system. Most will "DO" similar stuff. What is important is the HOW you do it and HOW intuitive it is to use without training. As mentioned before, I am not HR, and HR activities are a sideshow to what a company actually does (unless you sell HR activities). But HR and getting paid are important to employers and employees. So having an easy system to use is the most important aspect (assuming functions and offerings are similar).
I have not had to engage support for rippling.

It is very simple to use, follow and navigate. Get in, get the desired info and get out.
Suited well for payroll and PEO insurance. I am part of the decision making team as to what systems we use but I am not an user administrator. What I enjoy about Rippling is how easy I can log in get what I need and log out. Please keep in mind that my job is not to do HR activities. If I am doing those activities we have a much bigger problem in our company. So being able to extract the data quickly and accurately is what is important for me.
