Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for our employee information, benefits, time, and attendance, as well as other functions I don't use in my current role. It helps our Operations team stay updated with our information and needs.
  • Providing interaction with company communications via the employee home page
  • Makes the benefits selection and renewal process streamlined and easy to complete
  • Housing all of our personal and professional information in one place
  • Providing the employee with a place to plan time away from work with ease
  • Being able to better log our time away from work below eight hours. We have a responsible PTO policy and flexing time is a benefit!
  • Mailing address and physical addresses on one field to feed both tabs it updates when updating address.
  • I notice I get signed off of employee homes frequently. That might be a background hiccup. I don't clear my history or cache.
Did not communicate well with Kronos for payment during contract work
