Rippling brings all of my personal admin documents into one easy to manage place, making it simple to track all sorts of important details.

I've never reached out to Rippling for support, as everything has been fairly easy to understand, and any issue I've had can be quickly resolved by directly talking with my company's HR team. Everyone on that team has been very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions without additional action needed from me.

Rippling is easy to use. It has a limited UI, which helps to ensure it doesn't become overwhelming to me as a user. It would be helpful to have a more generalized search function that allows me to search through all my available modules, as there have been one or two times when I couldn't find something, and it wasn't clear if I just couldn't find it or if it didn't exist at all in my account.

Rippling makes it easy to find nearly all my HR materials. The emails it sends out are actionable and relevant, providing quick links to any documents that I need to review or sign and policies I may need to enroll in. I don't think I've ever received an email from Rippling that doesn't feel important.
