Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling primarily to enroll in benefits, submit time off and view my paychecks. I've also used it to view my company's org chart and view/accept new policies, guidelines and/or procedures.
  • The navigation is clear and concise
  • The paystub breakdown is organized well and it's easy to read
  • The hierarchy of information makes a lot of sense
It blows Paylocity out of the water! The thing I struggled with the most when using Paylocity was the navigation/information architecture of the application. The layout of the information did not make sense and I could never find the "thing" I was looking for.

My usability rating is high because I never struggle to find the information I am looking for in Rippling or accomplish the task I've set out to do in the application.
Rippling is the best employee management platform I have ever used. It's well suited for viewing paystubs, insurance plans, paid time off, and really any administrative task that needs to be done by an employee of a company.
