Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

With Rippling, I am able to view my personal salary information and pay history. We also use to view available PTO time available and make PTO requests. I also manage my associates PTO requests and am able to approve/decline timestamps. We have a direct link to our 401k provider, and can view our medical benefits through Rippling as well. If there are any outstanding tasks that you need to complete, this is viewable as soon as you sign into your account to make sure you are aware of any tasks. The website is very clean and easy to navigate through.

Cleaner site to navigate through, more options to view benefit information, seems to have a lot more things available for individuals on the higher end of the corporate ladder

Very easy to use
Rippling is a clean and easy to navigate through website. There are not a ton buttons to click to find what you need. If available, your benefits information is also easily accessible here. While having a team of associates, it's pretty easy to view their PTO information. PTO information is very detailed, showing what you currently have, what you have for the remaining part of the year, and if you have available, what will be rolled over for the following year. As an employee, this has been one of the best sites I've used to view any of my salary/ benefits, leaving the headaches behind.
