Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I am an employee, so I use Rippling as a user and on a daily basis. I use it to view my pay stubs and make changes to my bank account or pay deposits if needed (sometimes to get a bank account signup bonus), Review 401k contributions and adjust if needed (to avoid over-contribution), and Check holidays (to know which holidays are coming up) View organizations structures to see who reported to whom Enroll in benefits (my company offers dental & vision insurance through Rippling).
- User Interface: extremely friendly compared to ADP or other software I have used in the past.
- Organization: the app is very well organized and simple; no need to dig through complicated menus to find what you need to look for.
- Responsive: the app is very fast and responsive to click, with virtually no wait time between screens.
- The mobile app is less functional than the website. Please find a way to add all features to the mobile app so I can use the app exclusively.
- Need more charts or visualization screens for me to visualize how much of my income going into tax, 401k contribution, etc...
- N/A since I am just an employee.
