Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This product is so easy to use as an employee! With my company being fully-remote and distributed, Rippling has made it seamless for me to manage so many parts of the HR processes. Open Enrollment for Health insurance was extremely easy. It's also a breeze for me to go in and update my time off/sick time, etc. and for my manager to go in and approve. I also love that it is a one-stop shop for me in terms of checking information like our company directory, how much is left in my FSA, what my time off looks like, etc. I use it at least once a week for something related to my employment/work and I can easily access it on any device!

I personally, as an employee, have never had to use this feature at all so I'm unable to access overall support for the product. I feel like if I had to connect with someone for help, I would first go to my Human Resources department first to get the help I needed.

Usability

From the employee perspective, Rippling is user-friendly, visually appealing, and makes my day-to-day employee needs of it super easy to navigate. I also love that I can log in from anywhere on the web, but it also does utilize an app as well.

Likelihood to Recommend

As an employee who uses it, it is extremely user-friendly and visually appealing. I can switch from one section to another and also access the information I want when I want it. I can log in on my phone and put in my sick time request, or use my personal computer to check what my payroll info is at any time. Having one place to go for all that information is so convenient as an employee.
