Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We switched to Rippling from Insperity. We were looking for a modern, streamlined platform that could automate much of the manual work required of a small HR department. While our organization is still a size that is best serviced by a PEO, we were drawn in by the fact Rippling could offer a PEO along with a platform containing features usually offered by much larger platforms. Then, when we have grown enough to transition to our own benefit plans, we do not have to change platforms - we will just continue with the Rippling platform with our own benefits.
  • User experience is beyond amazing for end users and admins
  • Platform is highly customizable
  • Integration was straightforward
  • Rippling has a robust support center, but I wish it would include some video training
  • Payroll and HR administration is much more streamlined and requires less time
  • Onboarding is highly automated
  • Workflow automation is amazing
  • IT device management integrated with HR is great
Frankly, there is no comparison to what Rippling brings to the table. So many platforms are antiquated back-ends that are stitched together like Frankenstein's monster with a lot of limitations and marginal performance. Rippling is the system you always wanted - definitely give it a try!
While I sometimes wish I could call a dedicated rep to answer my every question, I do realize that is not realistic or efficient at scale. I will say that support is great at giving you timely responses, even if they aren't at the other end of my telephone.

Rippling simply has the best interface I have encountered. It is so intuitive, that staff with all levels of access (employees, managers, admin) can feel comfortable using the platform with little formal training.
I have worked on a number of different platforms during my career, none have been has logical and intuitive as Rippling. For example, when you populate a manager for an employee, if that person is a new manager, the system automatically designates them as a manager, giving them appropriate accesses and populating the org chart. Most table-driven systems require several steps to achieve the same result.
