Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Onboarding Rippling comes in handy to organize all documents for new hires. The layout of the application makes it easy to locate important information. Problems with benefit updates, for example, can all be handled under rippling. My use case is to view my own time card, PTO, Savings, Reports, and easy sign-on into other applications.
  • Displays PTO, Time Cards, and Benefit information where you need it.
  • Has clear indications of where to find what you need, including a search bar.
  • Easy to look at past records on your payroll, and easy to look for co-workers if needed from an HR perspective.
  • Less confusing "single Sign-on" applications. Maybe in the future only include the most used apps.
  • Include Guides on certain terms some people may not know .
  • Can't think of anything else, most of it seems to work pretty well!
  • Connect with new hires easily and learn about their position.
  • More responsibility on each employee and more control for them.
  • High effectiveness and less time consuming.
Rippling is easier to use as they have easier ways to get to the icons and areas the customer needs to be in. Rippling is easier to navigate across and better to read. The pictures for each employee also appears better, and they employee profile is set up better through rippling.
Rippling's support center is easy to find as it is at the top right corner. It also gives you the option to contact someone or find the guide to your issue yourself. The only reason I decided to rate it a nine out of ten is because I feel like the article titles could be a little more straightforward to what the issue is. Otherwise, it is done nicely with keywords.

The useability of rippling is very convenient and easy to use. The most frequently used icons are displayed on your home screen where you see them right when you log in. There is a help center and there is almost everything you need help with in that portal. If you need to look for co-workers for whatever reason, it is also helpful in that sense. Rippling is careful not to show too much personal information.
This is a great application for making the onboarding process easy to follow. It is easy to see your progress, save it, and get back to it if you cannot finish it in a timely manner. This is also great to use for employees to update benefits themselves, such as opting out of health insurance due to a certain life event. The process is self-explanatory and quickly resolves itself if you provide the correct information. It is less appropriate to connect directly with HR or other people in your company.
