Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for everything from Time off, to Benefits, Commuter Benefits, Device and Reports. Everything is in an easily defined place within the website to easily find what is needed each time.

  • Consistent emails sent for upcoming tasks
  • Allow users to customize the theme colors on the home screen
  • Add quick links to reach certain categories easier
  • Improve the 2-Factor Authentication process by making it quicker to do
I feel Rippling is more user friendly and everything is located in once place. This makes it much more seamless to use rather than to switch to different websites to accomplish what can all be done within Rippling. If I had multiple options between similar products, I would choose Rippling over the others.
I have never had to contact support for this.

Easy to read, very user friendly and great font size. There have also been no issues with the website freezing at any point when I have had to access and use it.
Rippling is easy to use by how simple and clear it is to read and understand what is on the screen in front of you. There are no issues of freezing when accessing pages or losing information typed in in certain fields. I am also easily able to find what I need by selecting the navigation bar and seeing specific sections I can get to.
