Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is a great access point for payroll and benefit management. Allows me to select all my insurance with a lot of transparency in just a couple minutes during open enrollment and also serves all the payroll information one could be curious about. It also gives a very easy to walk through way to display and click through the entire organization chart which is convenient for new hires and long term employees learning the new hires!

  • It could add support for 1:1 and performance management in the app. If it has that function I don't use it or know about it right now
  • I'm an end user, but I haven't had to ask HR a question about me or an employee since rippling launched
  • If the rest of the company is as good as my experience, then open enrollment takes nothing more than 2 open-invite meetings to get employees through.
I've used a lot of standard payroll stuff that you might have heard of over the last ten years but none so useful that i actually even seem to have known their names. I've found most HR portals to be quite lackluster and have worked at places where there was an HR business partner that spent significant time dealing with admin quetsions that I now interact with Rippling for.

very straight forward. I've never had rippling training but it doesn't seem like I need it nor am I missing anything.
It doesn't seem to be as appropriate for managing a team but for all thigns related to corporate HR including payroll and benefits it is really the best tool I've come into contact with in 12 years working in tech companies.
