Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I think it really simplifies a lot of the generally tedious tasks that are involved in the HR process. Health insurance elections are normally a huge pain to try and work through but Rippling makes everything super easy which is a great change of pace from the industry standard. It also makes viewing your pay and everything that goes with that convenient. The app is a great addition as well and isn't something I usually see offered.

This is what I have been preaching on the entire time. USABILITY! Ease of use is everything when it comes to HR tasks that are usually a pain to complete.
I think it is fantastic for any of the backend tasks needed for employees. I have worked in large corporations in the past and every system or process they used was really tedious and hard to operate. I cannot express enough how important the ease of use is that Rippling provides.
