Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our HRIS and IT solution. Rippling creates a one-stop shop for HR, IT, and Finance and creates a single source of truth. This is great for us as we are lean and scrappy. Rippling also integrates with a lot of the apps we are using, which makes on/off-boarding and provisioning a lot more seamless. They also offer automation capabilities that remove a lot of the admin work from HR. I spend a lot of time in Rippling and with the Rippling team working on the optimization of the system for us. I feel there is even more the system offers that we have not been able to tap into yet.

  • Rippling has allowed us to accomplish a lot for on-boarding/off-boarding, payroll/benefits & IT needs without needing to inflate the headcount on the team.
Has all of the bells & whistles + more! Rippling is slick, intuitive, and getting better by the day. We needed an HRIS that was able to keep up with our rapid growth.
Dedicated team + Rippling support team are uber responsive and always very helpful.

SUPER user-friendly!
Rippling is well suited for a growing company that needs support with admin lift.
Rippling is less appropriate for larger companies that need robust solutions now vs. on the map.

Rippling is growing alongside us, but this might be a pain point for some who need Rippling to already be there.
