Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to manage our pay, time tracking, and insurance benefits. All of our employees, from executive leadership all the way down to our hourly employees use this Human Resources platform. Our problem is that we didn't have a one-stop shop for all of our HR questions and needs.
  • Hourly tracking is quite easy. Clocking in and out and going on breaks is easy from the web or mobile platforms
  • Insurance information is easy to select as well as easy for you to track all of the benefits available.
  • W2 and tax information are quickly available during tax season
  • The interface is generally uninteresting
  • Commonly used products like time tracking should be available from the dashboard
  • The biggest impact is the time saving having all HR information in one place
We did not explore any other softwares
Any questions we have are easily answered by FAQ or CSM. The nature of the program requires a bit of support to set up, but once it is set up it requires very little micro management

Setup was relatively easy, though it did take a lot of time. It requires very little upkeep to work properly
Rippling is easy for you to track your clock in and clock out, breaks for lunch and rest, as well as any overtime. Requesting time off and tracking your balance is simple. If managing many different employees, this is a great way to track these metrics. It is also easy for employees to see their active benefits.
