Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Rippling is used to track my payroll, time off, holidays, insurance, tasks and to access single sign on applications such as our ATS, Zoom, help desk and others. You can easily see who has any work anniversaries and birthdays coming up as well. Rippling is easy to navigate and work through when trying to find something quickly. I like that it's all in 1 place.

Usability

It is very easy to navigate and use. I feel like everything on the application is clearly identified.

Likelihood to Recommend

When I am trying to located someone in my organization, it is easy to find them. In addition, you find them, their information, who they report up to and if they have any direct reports. It's so easy.

Requesting time off is such a breeze. You navigate to the icon that says "time off" and click it. Once you do, you can see how much time you have to use and can even go into detail on how many hours you would like to use as well.
