Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling organizes my payroll, benefits and learning tasks for the company I work for. It's a one stop shop where I can get my questioned answered at any time.
  • Consolidates the information on my insurance and flexible spending account
  • Has all my payroll information
  • Has a place for me to request time off and use PTO
  • Organizes my certificates and company trainings
  • I wish I didn't need to go to a separate portal for my expense report/other benefits allowances where I upload receipts for reimbursement.

No

It does everything I need it to do but I do with we didn't need to additionally use Compt for expenses and Lattice for developments plans and reviews. A a single portal would be preferred
I check my health benefits on rippling when going to a new doctor and it's easy to request PTO. I also like that my tax information is accessible.
