Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our conduit for all HR-related needs & benefits, our learning modules, and for a depot to our marketing materials. We also use it for a link to our CRM, data searches, and employee acquisition and management.

  • When I click into one of our functions and it takes me to that site, but I have to login into that site. It would be nice to have that function right into the next site.

I've never needed to reach out to Rippling for support. When I have any Rippling-related questions or help I reach out to our company associate that handles such issues and then relays the answer back to me. I' cannot even remember ever having any issues with Rippling, so this question doesnt really apply to me.

We as a company and I personally am in Rippling all day long to help me perform my daily job functions.
When I was in a different position, we had a hiring goal of 50 new hires in less than 90 days, it was a crazy busy time of trying to track, input, and process all of these candidates. Rippling made the process so much more efficient.
