Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We utilized Rippling in order to manage our employee benefits, payroll, and our time sheet. Not only that, but we also used Rippling to schedule and request PTO to our manager. I did not really encounter any problems with Rippling. It was a very smooth processing enrolling, and the interface was simple. I thoroughly enjoyed using Rippling.
  • I enjoyed the payment notifications and the little messages that came along with it
  • PTO requests were simple to follow and manage along with reviewing the status of the request
  • The time sheet was also a simple tool to use. I enjoyed having Rippling as a desktop website and a phone app.
  • I honestly cannot see anywhere where I would improve this product.
  • I think the most positive aspect is that it was user friendly. A lot of people find it hard to navigate new websites.
  • The two-factor authentication was a nice addition to account security.
I have never contacted Rippling support. Overall it has been easy to figure out so I never saw the need to contact support for it. However I'm sure that the support system is very clean and the turnaround time for inquiries is very quick. My HR manager did reach out to inquire about this survey, and she received a response within an hour.

As stated before, the simplicity of Rippling is a strong selling point. It's clean, fast, efficient, and there are not any unnecessary features that clutter the dashboard.
I think if it was a small company it wouldn't be entirely necessary. But in a mid-size to larger scale company, I can see this being a fun and useful tool for employees. It streamlines the HR process and it's simple to learn.
