Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling provides a helpful summary of all employment related issues such as payroll, retirement, vacation and sick leave registration. It also provides tax summaries and allows enrollment in company plans.

The HR department made that decision. I'm not sure why. Rippling seems like a very helpful service, but I'm a new enployee, so I'm not sure why it was considered superior.
I have not yet had an opportunity to contact the support team at Rippling, but will do so if any concerns or questions arise. I have not heard from any other employees if they had contacted the support team either as we have only just started using the service recently.

I think it's very user-friendly.
For a smaller company like ours, Rippling is a convenient service that brings a lot of employment data together. It may be less practical for a much larger company with a longer list of positions and employment conditions. I'm also not sure how well it can fit the needs of part-time employees.
