Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling for Payroll, Onboarding, Offboarding, Training and Development, Reporting, and to house all of the employee's information. It's a fantastic tool that I love using and learning new things in.

I was using Gusto before I moved over to Rippling. You can't even compare the two. Gusto was not super user-friendly, the customer support wasn't helpful, and it didn't provide reporting that I need to be successful in my job. Rippling has helped me in so many ways, from the beginning of my implementation to what I use it for now.
Rippling support is some of the best experiences I have ever had. They are always helpful and will jump on a zoom whenever I need to do a deeper dive into a project I am working on. My TAM team is always helpful too. Whenever I have a question, they look into it for me and have a fast turnaround time.

Everything about Rippling is so easy and fun to use! It is very user-friendly, and I enjoy all the features. My old HRIS system was not easy to use or straightforward when searching for tools or reports I needed for my role on a daily basis. Rippling is amazing!
It's been a seamless transition from our HRIS system, and it is so easy to use. I love the support team feature and how helpful they are when jumping on zooms to assist me with anything I need. I was in need of a finance report, and it was so easy to pull the report and get all of the information needed for an audit I was doing.

Evaluating Rippling and Competitors

Yes - I replaced Gusto with Rippling and it has been such an amazing experience. From reporting tools and Learning and Development tools everything has been so helpful. My employees love Rippling and agree that everything about it is easy to use. Glad we made the transition from Gusto to Rippling. It has been a great experience.
