Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Overall, the software helped me make data-driven decisions about healthcare offerings, and can help employees make better use of the healthcare benefits that are available to us. It is extremely powerful and time saving also when using it for time and attendance tracking: it provides tools to track employee hours, overtime, and vacation time. Overall a positive experience also with the e-mail confirmations and notifications that Rippling sends out. I also found the charts regarding payroll breakdown very useful.
  • Payroll processing: it allows employers to process payroll for their employees, including calculating taxes, deductions, and employee earnings.
  • Time and attendance tracking: it provides tools to track employee hours, overtime, and vacation time, which can be integrated with payroll processing.
  • Benefits administration: it can be used to manage employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Simplicity and ease of use: the software can be a bit difficult to navigate, especially for non-technical users. Improving the UI design to make it more intuitive and user-friendly can help to improve adoption and engagement.
  • Mobile optimization: Many employees use mobile devices to access the software, so it's important that the software is optimized for mobile devices and has a responsive design.
  • Integration: the software should be able to integrate with other systems such as payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and recruitment systems.

ADP Was too expensive compared to Rippling.

Well suited for benefits management, a little work for improvement should be on the Analytics side of the Payroll page.
