Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We had previously been using an archaic way of doing payroll. With Rippling, we've not only streamlined this process, we were also able to consolidate as our HRIS so now we have everything in one place. We also use Lattice, and it integrates seamlessly with it!

  • I would like it to be able to sort employees by certain categories e.g. amount of time off taken, location, etc.

Rippling allows us to run payroll and all the other things Bamboo has. However, it doesn't have the employee NPS.
It's really good, however, unlike Lattice, it doesn't have realtime chat help.

It's easy to use and I like the way it looks and organizes information.
It is well suited if you want a one-stop shop for payroll and HRIS.
What's missing is the ability to do an employee NPS.
