Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling handles most of our HR needs, from payroll to benefits and other employee perks. It also handles tasks like getting employees to sign handbooks, IT policies, etc.
  • Rippling's interface for choosing insurance is awesome and super clear
  • Rippling provides an easy way to load up my payroll info
  • Centralized dashboard is super clean and useful
  • Rippling could do a bit better job of integrating with other providers like Checkr so I don't have to leave Rippling to complete certain tasks
  • Rippling could get better at providing time estimates for how long certain tasks should take
  • I don't handle the ROI calculation as I'm just a user so I don't know about that
I didn't do the evaluation to pick Rippling, but I've used Trinet before which has a very broken user interface.

It's UX design is stellar.
Rippling may not be super well suited if you have a giant company and need massive personalization of your HR systems. Rippling is great if you're a startup and need plug and play HR software.
