Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We're using Rippling as the PEO and HRIS for a SaaS startup to manage payroll and benefits, app and device management, learning management, and other functions. We needed to coordinate all of the above with a simplified, user-friendly system that is still robust enough to scale in high growth environment. As a result of implementing Rippling we have cut several hours out of each individual instance of both onboarding and offboarding and now have a single source of truth for all employee information.

We evaluated several other HRIS systems, both large and small, and Rippling was just right for our business.
Our support team is highly responsive and always comes through when we need assistance. Response time is exceptional and they are attentive, detail-oriented, and knowledgable. The self-service knowledge base is typically sufficient to get answers quickly and the live support has been readily available as needed.

We chose Rippling for its ease of use and have not yet been disappointed. The Rippling user interface is clean, simple, and easy to understand and work with for everyone from employees to admins. Integrations are fast and it's been a huge time saver for everything we've implemented it for so far.
Rippling is an ideal solution for early stage startups that have the potential to grow beyond 50 FTEs. The efficiencies we've achieved have given more time back to our team so they can focus on mission-critical tasks and allow us to operate a lean organization without compromising efficacy. It also helps us reduce our reliance on expensive external resources by automating a significant amount of labor-intensive workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, handbook development, and benefits administration.
