Rippling believe it or not.

When I started at my current employer, I was new to Rippling. The onboarding, from the outside, seemed daunting. After getting setup with Rippling, and with very little training on the platform, it was easy to see why C Squared chose your platform in assisting new hires through the process. Going through the learning management and checking off tasks made it easier to keep track as will as stay on target through the onboarding procedures. Rippling also makes it easy to keep track of payroll and updates and/or changes to insurance coverages. We are currently changing insurance providers and to have all the information in one place versus rifling through folder and inboxes while alleviating the stress in what has always been tumultuous and confusing time with HR documentation. Rippling is a new found all-in-one solution in eliminating stacks and stacks of filed away documents. Brilliant.
