Overall Satisfaction with Riskified
Fraud prevention is one of the most difficult things to handle when you run an eCommerce, and it becomes an issue when the company you work in runs multiple eCommerce at the same time. To solve this (complicated) problem, we decided to implement Riskified as a fraud prevention solution, and we were happy with the result we achieved.
- Ease of use
- Very good admin panel
- Fraud prevention (yes, does its job well)
- Sometimes finding why an order has been rejected is not immediate
- Exporting functionalities can be improved
- Fraud reduction means less money invested in fraud management, and that should be enough in a purchase decision
- It was very easy to install, so low setup costs
Fraud usually involves multiple areas of the same company (finance, customer support, IT, eCommerce management, etc.), so if not resolved quickly, it can burst expenses. Since preventing is, in my opinion, better than fixing, introducing a solution that can accurately detect and stop fraud is, without any doubt, an investment and not a cost since the money saved can be spent on expanding your site and not on maintenance.

We decided in favor of Riskified since cost/benefit wise was the best product. It is maybe less complete than its competitors, but you don't always need to be the "ultimate universal" solution to everything if you do your job well
