Overall Satisfaction with Robin

After COVID-19 my organization adopted this software to manage and keep track the resources and assignment of workspaces along with shared spaces like meeting and conference rooms. People across multiple locations use it to book working space and the conference room.
  • Management of meeting/conference room
  • Assignment of workspace/desks
  • Maintain history of resource assignments
  • Over the mobile phone sometime it feels difficult to move around the office maps
I can surely say the technical and non-technical staff can easily use this software and it seems to be easy as ABC.
I am the user of this application, so I never used this support feature.

I have never used a similar product before but I trust maintaining a history of assigned spaces could be a nightmare for any admin if they need to do so in a spreadsheet or manually.
