Robin is all about scheduling access to shared rooms and offices. Great to optimize the workspace with the current Covid situation.

  • Reservations can be made days in advance.
  • Very intuitive UI which is easy as a new user.
  • Searches could improve performance.
  • The Robin Maps application from smartphones.
  • Robin has a great iPad app.
  • Outlook plugins, even a Slack bot that allows you to schedule meetings whenever wherever.
  • Analytics provide an understanding of how rooms are being used.
  • Meeting efficiency.
  • We have seen a 50% increase in the number of people who actually come to the office.
