Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP

I use it for personal use, to pay our daily caregiver for my father.
  • Ease of use
  • Good support
  • Reliable service (delivery of pay checks)
  • We've only been use ADP for about 5 months. So far, we haven't run into any issues that were not easily worked out by working with support.
  • We don't have to worry that taxes, are not being accounted for in employee account/pay.
  • Not really a negative, but I'm still trying to work out the fees and taxes, as we are new with using a service like this. The reports help.
We haven't used other products for paying home employees.
Even though ADP can support complex customer needs, it's also suited well for our single home caregiver employee.

Beginning with ADP and for questions throughout use, I've had nothing but positive experiences. Even if a support person doesn't have the answer, they find a person who does and it gets resolved in a timely manner.
