ZipRecruiter has been used for one job posting. It's been open for a month now and we've only received 2 resumes, unfortunately. It's nice that we can post 2 jobs for free.
RUN Powered by ADP is used as our main US payroll provider. As a Canadian business with US employees, we required a provider that could work with a small start-up to jump-start providing US payments in accordance with US laws. We needed something that could be set up fairly quickly, is easy to learn, and is cost-effective.
- Great support team! Questions are answered fairly quickly and they're very helpful.
- Software is easy to learn and use.
- Too many emails.
- US benefits requirement is to have minimum 3 US employees. We just recently acquired 3. Also, since we don't have a physical US office, we had to get a virtual US address. We are using New York but that means we must have at least one employee living in New York to be able to get US benefits.
We don't get any questions from staff about when they'll receive payments or where to find their paystubs. I think it's fairly easy for our staff to find them by logging in themselves.
