Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
We previously used Asure to process payroll but our parent company switched to ADP in the beginning of the year and encouraged us to do the same. It took about a month to implement and get all of the paperwork ready to set up our account. We mainly use ADP for payroll, HR, and 401K. We were not having any "issues" with Asure but I do enjoy how easy to use and make adjustments it is with ADP RUN.
- Run is simple to use
- Very easy to make one-time adjustments
- The report feature is extremely helpful
- Going in and out of reports can be laggy and a bit clunky but not a huge deal
- Not applicable at the moment
