Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I am just using basic HR payroll functionality.
I have been pretty happy with Run by ADP so far. The transition to them was very smooth, their customer service is excellent and I get a lot of data and reports. Being a Bank of America Preferred Customer, I got a great deal from them too.
The only suggestion I would add, their UI seems a bit overwhelming. It's a lot of information they provide. But it can seem a bit daunting at first.

- Follow up new services or changes.
- The cost is not shared outright on their website, would be nice to have some transparency there.
