Overall Satisfaction with Rymera Wholesale Suite
We use [Rymera Wholesale Suite] to offer our wholesale customers a way of pre-ordering products directly from our website[.]
- Easy to use order form
- I'd like to be able to add products to existing orders at wholesale price (if I add a product it is added at retail price)
- A built in deposit function would be good so I have the option to request a 50% deposit at the time of ordering
- The option of wholesale purchases not affecting inventory. I have to have separate versions for each product (retail and pre-order/wholesale) because wholesale orders affect the current inventory
- Our wholesale orders are growing...quite likely because it's easier for wholesale customers to view and order products
[Rymera] Wholesale Suite is the only product I have used for this purpose. I chose it because the features and capabilities appeared far superior to any other products I researched at the time of purchase. I've found Wholesale Suite support to be excellent...even if it was just to tell me it's too hard to have wholesale prices recognized when adding a product 😂
