Saba Support
Pros | Cons |
---|---|
None | Slow Resolution Poor followup Less knowledgeable Problems left unsolved Escalation required Difficult to get immediate help Need to explain problems multiple times Slow Initial Response |
No - Should support always be premium?
Yes - Almost never.
Primarily from Caitlyn Bigsby prior to our hand off. Also, had one support rep who coordinated calls in our time zone (very helpful to discuss by phone) and she was excellent at following through to resolution. I apologize that it has been several months and I don't remember her name.
