Overall Satisfaction with Saba

It is used for all learning courses, soft skills, technical, and domain categories. It is used by all the participants. It address the new learning areas and we can find the new skills courses.
  • Soft skills are more [than alternatives].
  • Technical elearnings are good.
  • Some feedback reviews on the trainings.
  • Few help tips on the assessment-wise improvements areas, giving personal feedback.
  • Looking for few more domain trainings, healthcare solutions, payment gateway, credit analysis, banking analysis, and commercial bankings courses.
  • Good.
  • Costwise, small organizations cannot buy this for their trainings. Why can't we come up with small packages, like other LMS platforms, to spread across the world?
Looking for new kind of courses, specifically in the enterprise model, is good to have. In terms of reports it generates, Saba is good, rather than going for the Zoho Reports, where we have to make every thing by hand.
For technical it is good, but in terms of Domain, I am looking for more improvement. Soft skills are fine.
