Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is being used across the entire organization. Intacct helps us with purchase orders, invoices, accounts receivable, budgeting, and reporting. We use Intacct for almost everything by syncing it up with the ministry platform and ADP.

Pros

  • Intacct has a lot of reports and once you know how to create a report it is very customizable.
  • Intacct is great with vendors and information needed.

Cons

  • Intacct's bank reconciliation system is a little hard to manage and scroll through, but I know they are coming out with a new one.
  • I would like automatic input from my bank to Sage to stop all the manual journal entries.
  • It has greatly helped us become more digital and organized.
We are very slow to the game and have not used much of the automation. We need to begin to implement it more but it's difficult to get ahead and when are constantly playing from behind.
I personally do not use any of these, but I know we use the time & expense management and have not heard any complaints
It took time but it was effective. Our Controller spent most of his time learning the system and I think that helped a lot in the implementation process.
Sage Intacct is great for a financial system to help you close the books and build a report of it.
