Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It is used as our primary accounting system.

  • Ease of use and learning
  • Ability to create more elaborate reports if you know how to use them.
Our company has. The only issue we see is the speed and performance of the product.
We do not use any of these.
During configurations, they are not helpful in integrating new software. For example, we integrated American Express payments and when we ran into issues received little to no support from Intacct and had to work directly with American Express.
It is not suited for distribution companies but good in service companies.
