Pros

- Search functionality within orders, vendors, customers, etc.
Cons
- Being able to run multiple customer TBs at the same time.
- Being able to run multiple vendor TBs at the same time.
- Being able to add document IDs to general ledger print outs from orders.
- Ease of navigation.
- Ability to link with accounting management such as Floqast.
- Ability to link with tax services such as Avalara.
We utilize the general ledger on a daily basis, the ability to drill into details has improved efficiency.
We are a multi-entity company, this ability has made it easy for our users. Collaborate is a time-saving tool for JE's between entities.
I have used Great Plains and Infor in past roles, but coming to a company that uses Intacct and their 3rd party services, has made accounting efficient and effective. I personally am very impressed with how intuitive the software has been.
