Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Used in the Accounting department for financial purposes. I only do one part and my understanding is the program is used to regulate our financial statements and financial information for our outside accountants. I also believe it is used for asset management purposes.

  • Tracking reports is easy.
I work with the accounts receivable portion and the automation is comparable to other programs I have used but I have a couple programs I like to use more if I had the availability/option. My opinion is based solely on educational reasons. Being new to the program is challenging.

I feel the program can be easier to maneuver through the reports and information posted. Due to our customer base being so large, the accounting information needs to be transferred between the systems to do different things. Customer account transfers are easy. Doing bank statements can be challenging but all large bank statements are tedious.

Sage Intacct Support

Customer support is very helpful and timely. It's very easy to get the answers I need when I need them without too much of a time delay or issue getting a resolution. Very helpful when asking questions due to being new to the system.

Using Sage Intacct

Overall, for what I have worked on in the system, Intacct works well and I have a process that works in a timely and effective manner. Learning new stuff can be challenging.
