Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Intacct for keeping track of our projects, track and manage timesheets and billing invoicing.

Pros

  • Easy to track projects, add billing rates, assign roles
  • Different formats for reporting available
  • Integrated well with accounting processes

Cons

  • Option of blocking timesheets should be provided
  • The tool takes time to get updated in case of changes made to Project Manager name under Project deals
  • I don't personally use this tool to review ROI
Because of wide variety of features and options available as per organization's needs
Had to work with support on couple of occasions and really liked the response time and solution provided
