Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sage Intacct is the ERP we use across the entire organization. One of the challenges we face is that while Sage doesn't solve all our problems/issues it integrates well with other platforms. The challenge is then picking the right other subsets of software to accomplish all of our tasks.

Usability

Sage at its core is very easy and simple to use. It gets more complicated as you try to get it to do specific tasks because all tasks have to follow that same workflow. The approval system is great but not very in depth.

Support Rating

Support has been great between Sage & Our integration consultant. I think alot of it depends on who you bring along to integrate the product.
