Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is used as our organization's accounting system and we absolutely love it. We use it to record all transactions and review our financial results. We have created custom financial reporting packages that are easy to communicate our results to various stakeholders and internal staff members. The ability to customize the system by purchasing additional modules is by far its best feature.

Intacct is very user friendly and intuitive. Its layout is one of the things I like best about it because it is easy to navigate the system and between the modules.
Not applicable; We work through a third-party reseller. However, in terms of the user guides and community, I would say it meets expectations.

We have absolutely benefitted from the automation Intacct allows for. I believe that it is integral in how smoothly our operations run.
Intacct is a much stronger accounting system than Quickbooks and allows for greater financial analysis and reporting.
Sage Intacct has been excellent for our nonprofit because it allows us to track fund dollars that come from different sources (e.g. grants, donations, etc.). It is critical that we trace money throughout our operations easily and we are able to do so with the system. The reporting capabilities around this are also excellent.
